Developed a customized transition strategy for each of the 10 cohort companies.
Supported a National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps SBIR Fall 2025 Cohort #3 team as an Industry Mentor. The NSF I-Corps is an immersive, entrepreneurial training program facilitating the transformation of invention to impact. Participated in weekly seminars, conducted customer discovery interviews, identified potential markets and market adoption and penetration strategies, and developed a Business Model Canvas for emerging, novel SBIR space technology. Assisted client in developing a commercialization strategy and approach to accelerate the transition of the innovation to the NASA end users and other US Government space agencies, and commercial space providers.
